Grants KYC for the user (Deprecated)

GRANTS KYC FLAG FOR THE USER

Sets the KYC flag for the user.

PUT /tokens/{tokenId}/{username}/grantKyc

Sets the KYC flag for the user. Only users with the Standard Registry role are allowed to make the request.
